Job Description
As a Principal Technical Assistant (TA) Consultant, bring your leadership, subject matter expertise, and strategic insight to advance our mission to generate evidence and apply data-driven solutions that expand opportunities and improve lives for all. The Principal TA Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop responsive, compelling, and technically sound proposals and lead the design and delivery of complex technical assistance initiatives. This position has the flexibility to work remotely within the United States (U.S.) or from one of AIR’s U.S. office locations.
Responsibilities include leading and contributing to the development of high-quality, competitive proposals, designing responsive strategies, writing and reviewing proposal content, providing subject matter expertise, and supporting relationship-building to expand business opportunities.
