Drafting
Design & Drafting:
- Develop detailed floor plans, equipment layouts, rack elevations, containment systems, and white space designs.
- Create and update construction documents in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM platforms.
- Produce 3D models, visualizations, and design renderings.
Technical Coordination:
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, structural, and network engineering teams.
- Support BIM coordination and clash detection workflows.
- Interpret and integrate vendor cut sheets, equipment requirements, and engineering specifications.
Operational & Performance Considerations:
- Incorporate airflow, cooling, electrical distribution, and redundancy strategies into layouts.
- Ensure proper server rack spacing, hot/cold aisle containment, and cable pathway planning.
