The Manager, Brand Studio will help shape the future of our in-house design and creative function. You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary group of ICs, drive strategic alignment and team health at key project moments, and serve as a cultural anchor across the team. You will manage a team of ~3–6 multi-disciplinary ICs across brand design, web design, motion, and copy. You will provide coaching, career development, and performance management, as well as act as hiring manager for IC roles, working in partnership with our director to attract and nurture top talent.You'll also drive alignment and clarity at key inflection points, partner with Ops to ensure delivery health, and resolve conflicts. This role will also foster an inclusive, growth-oriented environment where ICs gain leadership opportunities.
