About the Role:
- Brings structure, judgment, and executive presence to complex programs and is comfortable partnering directly with internal leadership and government clients.
- Focuses on program leadership, stakeholder alignment, governance, and execution within a technical and mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping translate strategy into executable plans.
- Oversee program governance, manage schedules and priorities, track risks and dependencies
- Support decision-making by providing clear insights into program health, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience leading programs in federal, defense, or regulated environments.
- Strong judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing governance, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations
