Requirements:
- B.S. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Strong patent prosecution experience in low-level software, medical devices, sensors, imaging, optics, robotics, cybersecurity, wireless, or batteries.
- J.D. from an accredited law school, admission to a state bar, and USPTO registration preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage patent prosecution from filing to allowance for complex technologies.
- Work independently while collaborating closely with partners and clients.
- Provide strategic IP counsel and maintain excellent project-management skills.
