• Actively manage and monitor a high-volume pipeline, providing real-time updates across multiple vendor systems.
• Contribute to operational consistency by following standardized processes and identifying opportunities to improve workflows as volume scales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in appraisal coordination or valuation operations within a lending environment.
• Highly organized and execution-focused, with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear and effective communicator, with the ability to document status updates, risks, and next steps concisely.
