Responsibilities:
- Develop project indirect costs like general conditions and temporary facilities.
- Support project teams in developing budgets and value‑engineering options.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs using industry standard tools and software.
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of estimating experience in industrial or large‑scale commercial construction.
- Experience estimating civil, structural, and mechanical scopes.
- Proficiency in estimating software.
