Lead Data Insights Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Lead analytical investigations to uncover drivers behind customer or operational trends and key metric changes.
• Perform deep-dive analysis using SQL and Excel, employing segmentation, trend analysis, and hypothesis-driven methods.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to validate findings and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, overseeing delegation, quality assurance, and prioritization of work.

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of experience in data analysis, advanced analytics, or data science with a focus on generating insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong expertise in SQL for complex queries and advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and pivot tables.
• Proven experience in root cause analysis, trend/driver analysis, and presenting insights to business stakeholders.
