Role Impact:
- Translate talent and business questions into actionable analysis for performance trends and forecasting.
- Build and maintain critical dashboards and reports that inform hiring decisions for leadership.

Required Skills:
- Possess 2-5+ years in an analytical, operations, or business strategy role, with a preference for consulting backgrounds.
- Demonstrate proficiency with SQL, BI tools like Looker or Tableau, and Excel/Sheets for data analysis.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to present insights simply and influence organizational decisions effectively.
