Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain data and reporting layers for recruiting operations, including dashboards for recruiters and KPI scorecards for leadership.
- Use AI and automation to streamline sourcing, screening, and operational workflows, while analyzing bottlenecks to improve candidate experience.
- Conduct industry mapping and talent landscape research to forecast hiring demand and support headcount planning.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in Talent Intelligence, TA analytics, or data analysis, with hands-on experience using data to drive recruiting strategy.
- Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Visier), and advanced Excel, with strong communication skills to explain metrics to various stakeholders.
- Experience with talent intelligence tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights or Findem, and ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured data models.
