What the role involves:
- Transforming raw information into actionable insights.
- Ensuring stakeholders have accurate and timely data.
- Maintaining HR reporting requirements and elevating analytical capabilities.
Reporting & Visualisation:
- Building automated reports and interactive dashboards.
- Using Looker Studio or Tableau.
- Maintaining an existing suite of People reports.
