What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as a go-to, business-facing People Analytics expert.
- Conduct and deliver ongoing workforce analysis, QBRs, and ad hoc analytics.
- Lead data storytelling: translate complex people data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Experience in a people analytics, HR analytics, or workforce analytics role.
- An endlessly curious analytical mindset.
- SQL proficiency: writing complex, efficient queries is a regular part of your workflow.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with dbt or analytics engineering concepts.
- Experience helping define analytics strategy, metrics, or reporting standards.
- A passion for building — better datasets, cleaner reporting, or more impactful insights.
