Job Description
Qualia is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Transaction Coordinator to join our Title Services team. Reporting to the Manager, Title Services, the Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing title orders from start to finish. This includes overseeing the search, examination, and curative process, and ensuring all relevant information is accurately communicated between internal teams, external vendors, and customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a working knowledge of the title process, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. The responsibilities include managing title orders from receipt through search, examination, curative, and clear-to-close phases, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors throughout the transaction lifecycle, and coordinating with internal title searchers, examiners, and curative team members to ensure timely processing of orders.
