Senior Product Manager - Digital Commerce Platform

As the Senior Product Manager for our Digital Commerce Platform, you will lead the evolution of our core digital storefront and specialized consumer-facing channels. This is a high-impact role within our Digital Shopping team, which oversees the shopping experience across all digital channels (e-commerce, mobile, and kiosk), digital payments, and loyalty solutions. This leader must possess a deep, technical understanding of the core technologies that power modern e-commerce. Your mandate is to lead the product's evolution by strategically leveraging cutting-edge technology to build a highly flexible and performing shopping platform. You will also drive platform modernization, act as the single-threaded owner for E-commerce Customization, Kiosk, and the Branded Mobile App, defining KPIs, roadmaps, and feature priorities for all three areas. Partner deeply with engineering on technical decisions related to web architecture, data integration (e.g., CRMs), SEO implementation, and scalability, translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes. Collaborate intensely with design teams to ensure a consistent, beautiful, and highly intuitive user experience across all digital channels and execute a continuous loop of user research, A/B testing, and direct user feedback mechanisms to validate hypotheses and rapidly optimize shopping flows for conversion and usability.
