Pre-Production Print/Textile Designer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize textile print artwork for production, including repeats, color setup, layered files, and technical specifications.
• Scale designs accurately across multiple product sizes and dimensions while preserving proportions, composition, and overall design intent.
• Review and maintain layered artwork incorporating overlays, textures, distressing, and other textile-specific effects.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of professional experience in textile design, print design, or pre-production, with a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design or related discipline and advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Professional experience with complex layered files and strong technical understanding of textile print preparation.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote within the United States with a contract of 35 hours per week for an initial 6-month period.
