Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CTO and product/engineering team to define and implement technical solutions
- Own projects end-to-end — from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment — working autonomously across multiple areas of the stack
- Use AI coding tools (such as Claude Code) extensively as a core part of your daily development workflow
Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) — AI should be a natural, everyday part of how you work
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a project and drive it independently across frontend, backend, and data layers
- Experience with data analytics or engineering (ETL pipelines, data visualization)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software development
- Proficiency in Python and Django for backend development
