Role Overview:

  • Perform and lead complex interconnection studies including load flow, short circuit, and transient stability across WECC.
  • Review ISO/Utility interconnection study results, replicate findings, and identify errors or alternative mitigations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and support business development within ERCOT and the West.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in electric energy industry.
  • Experience in IBR modelling, transmission planning, and/or interconnection studies.
  • Strong understanding of FERC, NERC, and ISO requirements.
