Job Description
Crisis Behavioral Health Clinician will perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop differential diagnoses. You will be expected to build therapeutic alliances with patients, create and implement personalized treatment plans with our multidisciplinary team, and conduct short-term crisis psychotherapy sessions utilizing supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing and/or problem solving therapy.
This role requires maintaining appropriate documentation of all patient-related care and actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to facilitate comprehensive behavioral health crisis care. You will work with our patients, their families, and their providers in the community to ensure comprehensive behavioral health care and follow patients for 8-12 weeks providing crisis psychotherapy.
