Job Description
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide financial leadership on annual budget, forecast, and monthly financial requirements for Prime departments. Conduct trend analysis on key issues, including capital planning and projects.
- Operational Improvements: Investigate and analyze data from a financial and functional view to recommend operational improvements. Develop new analytical models utilizing cost drivers and associated metrics.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior members of the FP&A team and provide guidance. Be a strong team player with effective communication and presentation skills.
