We’re hiring a full-cycle Recruiter to drive 2+ hires per month across multiple teams. You’ll own 4–8 active searches at a time, helping us scale efficiently while maintaining a high-quality bar. This is a dynamic, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly — you’ll thrive if you’re adaptable, proactive, and energized by problem-solving. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, streamline recruiting processes, and elevate the candidate experience — all while championing Clever’s employer brand. As we grow across multiple departments, we need an experienced recruiter who can move quickly while continuously improving the quality and efficiency of our hiring process.
