Engineering & Resource Manager

This role involves defining and maintaining individual Growth Plans for engineers, conducting technical assessments and providing coaching. Resource and capacity management includes maintaining a real-time view of engineering availability and tracking utilization metrics. The role requires collaboration with talent and account teams, promoting engineering community rituals, and fostering a culture of transparency and inclusion. We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in engineering management, a strong technical background, and excellent communication skills.
