Technical Product Manager, Core Bank Integration

As Technical Product Manager, you'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for bank core integrations - from discovery to certification to live pilots. You will design a scalable integration approach that supports multiple bank cores and enables rapid onboarding of new flows. Lead API mapping and integration design for each core (e.g., Fiserv Communicator Open, Jack Henry). Build strong partnerships with core providers, pilot banks, and internal teams (Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Ops, BD, Sales) to deliver on timelines. Maintain clear API specifications, integration playbooks, mappings, and operational runbooks. Monitor pilot performance (latency, decision outcomes, reliability) and iterate for continuous improvement. The role requires 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, infrastructure, or platform teams and 3+ years leading integrations with banks, payment processors, or financial systems.
