Senior Financial Planning & Analyst Lead

This is a critical role in driving financial insights and reporting across the business. You’ll work closely with the CFO and executive team to develop forecasts, build models, and translate data into compelling stories that guide strategic decisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, lean startup environments and brings a strong financial foundation paired with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Key Responsibilities: Lead and own the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process, including variance analysis (budget vs. actuals), ARR and revenue tracking, and board-level reporting. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and data-driven business decisions. Collaborate closely with the CFO and department leaders to drive budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives. Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior executives and key stakeholders. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investor communications, and critical decision-making. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability within FP&A operations. Provide support for compensation planning, cash flow forecasting, and other related financial activities.
