What You'll Own:
- Lead capital program and P&L for construction and real estate across the national portfolio.
- Own site selection, lease negotiation, and landlord/tenant matters end-to-end.
- Rebuild construction project management as a distinct function with clear accountability.
What You Bring:
- 10–15+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site real estate development or construction.
- Proven P&L accountability, lease negotiation, and multi-project delivery experience.
- Ability to build processes, hire a team, and manage national vendor networks.
Compensation & Location:
- Remote with up to 25% travel.
- Expected base salary range $175,000 - $225,000.
- Reports to Chief Administrative Officer.
