Talent Acquisition Lead (AI Products)

Shape how talent is brought into a company with global ambitions as a Talent Acquisition Lead. Lead the hiring function at a category-defining company, building and scaling the hiring function from the ground up. You'll build and lead a recruiting team, defining structure and hiring recruiters to mentoring and growing them into top performers. You'll partner directly with founders and C-level to define how we hire and grow the company. You will also enjoy flexible hours, a remote-friendly culture, and cozy offices in Kyiv, Lviv and Warsaw. You’ll own strategic hiring across all departments and geographies, act as a partner to leadership and hiring managers, and design and implement scalable, data-driven recruiting processes and tools. You'll also lead complex searches for executive and high-priority roles and champion candidate experience and employer brand.
