Role Overview:
- Seeking a Software Engineer to lead modernization of legacy .NET and C# applications into scalable, cloud-native systems.
- Remote-eligible full-time role focused on reducing technical debt and building maintainable microservices and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and remediate technical debt, decompose monoliths, and re-platform workloads onto AWS.
- Apply modern architecture patterns like event-driven design and CQRS.
- Establish reusable modernization patterns and engineering standards.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong .NET and C# proficiency.
- Hands-on AWS and Docker experience, plus familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to simplicity and maintainability.
