Growth Campaign Manager

We’re looking for a Growth Campaign Manager with experience designing and executing multi-channel inbound and outbound campaigns using automation tools and agentic SDR platforms. This role will focus on building campaigns and messaging that engage prospects and generate qualified leads for SDR follow-up. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales, RevOps, product marketing, and demand gen teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. Own campaign execution for outbound and inbound marketing motions using Outreach, HubSpot, 6sense, ZoomInfo. Work with the internal AI team to build and maintain automated workflows that engage prospects across channels and surface qualified leads for SDR follow-up Align with sales leadership on outbound priorities by channel, segment and sector. Partner with Sales to define SDR triggers and handoff processes that maximize conversions.
