Job Description
The Field Technician (Installation Specialist) is responsible for installing devices such as sensors, mounts, brackets, and low-voltage hardware in commercial and industrial settings. The role requires reading and following detailed installation instructions, floor plans, and site documentation, as well as coordinating with onsite teams like electricians and cabling vendors. You will utilize hand and power tools to complete mounting, drilling, and assembly tasks, and maintain accurate records of installed equipment, including tagging and photo documentation. Further responsibilities include conducting site walkthroughs to verify installation accuracy, troubleshooting basic device connectivity issues, and ensuring all work is performed safely while adhering to site safety policies.
