Role Overview:
- This is a senior technical and client-facing role focusing on Salesforce Field Service (SFS) implementations across the LATAM region.
- You will act as a technical lead and solution architect, bridging business requirements with technical execution for scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design solutions for dispatching, scheduling optimization, and field operations, serving as the SFS subject matter expert.
- Lead discovery sessions, build or support complex implementations, and ensure best practices across declarative and programmatic development.
- Partner with project managers on scope and roadmaps, mentor junior consultants, and provide clear technical documentation.
Qualifications & Environment:
- Requires 5+ years of Salesforce solution design, specific SFS experience, and strong English communication skills for client workshops.
