Role Overview:

  • This is a senior technical and client-facing role focusing on Salesforce Field Service (SFS) implementations across the LATAM region.
  • You will act as a technical lead and solution architect, bridging business requirements with technical execution for scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design solutions for dispatching, scheduling optimization, and field operations, serving as the SFS subject matter expert.
  • Lead discovery sessions, build or support complex implementations, and ensure best practices across declarative and programmatic development.
  • Partner with project managers on scope and roadmaps, mentor junior consultants, and provide clear technical documentation.

Qualifications & Environment:
