Job Description
Support the Customer Education team as a PD Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee the scheduling, communications, and operational logistics for both virtual and in-person professional learning experiences. You’ll ensure seamless coordination with school partners, internal stakeholders, and facilitators, helping to deliver outstanding experiences for educators nationwide.
Key responsibilities include managing scheduling systems, serving as the primary point of contact for scheduling, managing contracted facilitators, handling rescheduling requests, tracking data in Salesforce, supporting event management, overseeing swag distribution, and collaborating cross-functionally. Qualifications include exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, experience with scheduling tools and CRM systems, and proactive problem-solving abilities. Previous EdTech experience is a plus.
