Key Responsibilities:
- Implement AI benchmarks within our evaluation infrastructure using the Inspect library.
- Develop and maintain our suite of benchmarks to evaluate new model releases quickly.
- Contribute to the creation of brand new benchmarks, including pitching your own ideas.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong software engineering background with over two years of professional experience.
- Ability to generate creative ideas for new benchmarks and experiments.
- Mission-driven, motivated by Epoch AI's goal of providing trustworthy AI insights.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary between $125,000 and $200,000 USD.
- Fully remote environment with flexible hours.
- Generous PTO with no specific limit, 30 protected days per year, and up to 6 months parental leave.
