This position requires developing project plans for all construction and remodel projects in an assigned geographical area, ensuring all projects come in on time and within budget. The Project Manager is expected to lead cross-departmental project teams and manage all activities in a project life-cycle. Responsibilities include developing and revising project plans, actively managing issue mitigation, and developing communication plans to keep stakeholders informed. Additionally, the role involves training, coaching, and mentoring associates, developing project management curriculum, and acting as a liaison between departments on project management best practices. The position requires 5+ years of retail construction project management experience.
