Role Overview:
- Enables commercial execution of construction contracts across projects by converting scope and vendor selections into structured agreements.
- Partners with Construction and Preconstruction teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and contractually aligned.
- Strengthens site capability through real-time guidance and coaching to improve scope definition and commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate awarded scopes into executable contracts, including scope definition, commercial terms, and structure.
- Lead negotiations to align pricing structures, risk allocation, and commercial frameworks with project requirements.
- Evaluate vendor proposals from a commercial perspective, identifying gaps and inconsistencies.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in construction procurement, preconstruction, or commercial contracting.
- Strong understanding of construction cost structures, contract frameworks, and risk allocation principles.
- Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements in a project-based environment.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with strong analytical and communication skills.
