Senior Backend Infrastructure Engineer

Work on foundational infrastructure and tackle complex technical challenges with industry leading experts across scaling, MEV, and DeFi. Your contributions will shape flagship products like Rollup-Boost while driving forward essential open-source innovations. Lead development of high-performance backend infrastructure for rollups, including block builders, sequencers, and decentralized execution environments powered by TEE technology. Own key infrastructure components across CI/CD, observability, automation, and runtime performance tooling. Collaborate closely with protocol, research, and backend teams to design infrastructure. Debug production systems and drive reliability improvements. Contribute to open-source infrastructure projects. Remote working is offered, and while there is a preference for EU/US time zones, you can work from anywhere in the world. There is paid travel - 2 x team on-site in different parts of the world per year plus periodic travel to events.
