Job Description
As a CRM Content Writer, you will craft engaging, personalized, and localized CRM communications (email, SMS, push, in-app) that strengthen customer relationships and drive retention, engagement, and loyalty. Working within the Global\Americas market and across global campaigns, you’ll combine creativity with data insights to deliver content that resonates with diverse audiences. You will write clear, compelling, and on-brand CRM content tailored to global, regional, and local audiences adapting messaging for different geographies, languages, cultural nuances, and customer segments. The role requires partnership with CRM managers, localization specialists, and designers to create impactful multichannel campaigns and journeys. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ensure alignment with brand tone, strategy, and objectives.
