Director of Construction Systems Integration

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Director of Construction Systems Integration — a strategic and technical leader who will define how all major systems in our hyperscale data centers come together seamlessly in the field. This role is responsible for setting the vision and execution strategy for integrating mechanical, cooling, electrical, controls, and supporting infrastructure, ensuring they operate as a unified whole from design through commissioning, ensuring operational excellence, speed, and scalability. The Director will lead Rowan’s approach to off-site fabrication and modular installation, creating delivery models that shorten schedules, enhance safety, improve quality, and optimize cost.
