This role is responsible for setting the vision and execution strategy for integrating mechanical, cooling, electrical, controls, and supporting infrastructure, ensuring they operate as a unified whole from design through commissioning, ensuring operational excellence, speed, and scalability. The Director will lead Rowan’s approach to off-site fabrication and modular installation, creating delivery models that shorten schedules, enhance safety, improve quality, and optimize cost.
