Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement based on metric analysis
- Develop action plans to correct knowledge gaps in CDI and Coding
- Collaborate on data reports for Coding and CDI departments
Expertise and Collaboration:
- Serve as a content expert in Premier related to documentation improvement
- Stay current on CDI best practice standards
- Maintain relationships with Hospital Performance Analytics and Epic Clin Doc teams
Responsibilities:
- Time not spent on analytics to be used for CDS work, including daily reviews
- PTO coverage of colleagues when needed
- Other responsibilities and duties assigned based on the needs of Cooper University Health Care
