Role Focus:

  • Bridge product strategy and commercial execution, acting as the outward voice of the Sapio platform with deep expertise in ELN, LIMS, and CMC workflows.
  • Engage directly with prospective customers and at industry conferences to deliver compelling demonstrations and translate complex functionality into clear value propositions.
  • Synthesize market and customer feedback into actionable insights for product direction and positioning.

Required Experience:

  • Proven product management or marketing role within life sciences software, with strong external, customer-facing orientation and credible knowledge of ELN and LIMS.
  • Solid understanding of CMC, Bioanalysis, Bioprocessing, GMP Manufacturing, and QCLIMS, preferably within biologics and the pharma development pipeline.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, deliver high-quality product demos, and operate effectively in scale-up or corporate environments.

Qualifications & Environment:

  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant scientific domain, with excellent communication skills to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a remote-first, collaborative team spread across the US and UK, with periodic travel expected.
