About the Role:
- The Security Analyst is a hands-on member of the InfoSec team within the Technology Department.
- This role owns significant portions of security monitoring, incident response, access governance, vulnerability management, and audit readiness.
What You'll Accomplish:
- Establish continuous compliance evidence processes for SOC 2 Type II and HITRUST i1.
- Reduce misdirection incidents using DLP and external send controls.
- Build reliable access governance with recurring verification and privileged access reviews.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong investigative reasoning and practical risk prioritization.
- Clear written communication and the ability to drive work across teams.
- Nice to have experience with automation, detection engineering, systems administration, or GRC programs.
