About the Role:

  • Formulate data and AI governance strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead workstreams and small engagements with confidence, mentoring junior team members.
  • Operate with minimal oversight as a trusted technical leader in client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data governance workstreams end-to-end, including data cataloging, data quality, metadata management, lineage, and access control frameworks.
  • Create, socialize, and implement data governance policies, procedures, and frameworks for clients.
  • Introduce emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance data governance capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data governance with 2+ years in a client-facing role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Databricks and Spark, and certification in governance toolsets preferred.
