Junior Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

• Support the Business Development & Corporate Support team in creating high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Focus on long-format and editorial-style design, structuring complex information into clean, compelling visual narratives.
• Collaborate with Lead Graphic Designers, Creative Project Manager, and content team to execute established creative direction.

Responsibilities:

• Design and format multi-page proposals and presentations using templates, grid systems, and style guides.
• Ensure consistency in formatting, typography, and brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files, conduct proofing and quality control checks.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote, with a strong understanding of typography, grid systems, and structured layout.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
