Responsibilities:
- Partner with Data Engineers, Attorneys, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable data pipelines supporting Company global legal and regulatory matters.
- Lead program planning activities by defining project scope, timelines, goals, success metrics, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and ensure alignment on technical deliverables, priorities, and roadmaps.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 5–7 years of Technical Program Management experience supporting complex technical or data-focused initiatives.
- Experience managing cross-functional, data engineering-heavy programs with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong experience coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and facilitating sprint or task-based workflows.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working in eDiscovery, legal operations, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, finance, or other highly regulated environments.
- Experience leveraging AI tools or automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and program execution.
- Background working across interdisciplinary teams, startups, or non-traditional environments.
