Senior/Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack)

This is a full-time engineering position at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and some of the hardest problems in healthcare. The ideal candidate is an excellent engineer, mission-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented, reporting directly to the CTO and sharing coding and technical lead responsibilities. In the first 3 months, the engineer will learn about the entire engineering stack and healthcare operations. In the first 6 months, they will own entire components of the care-delivery infrastructure and develop tools to optimize operations and clinical workflows, such as AI-driven patient history summarization. Within 1 year, they will be a key member of the company's engineering leadership team.
