Senior Product Designer (Design Systems)

Responsibilities:

• Own the design of components, patterns, and templates, ensuring they are visually consistent, accessible, and ready for implementation.
• Champion WCAG compliance, partner with technologists to embed accessibility, and run audits to raise the bar for inclusive design.
• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to ensure design decisions are technically feasible and faithfully implemented in production.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years designing complex digital products with meaningful experience owning or contributing to a design system beyond a Figma library.
• Proven knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows, strong visual and interaction design skills, and solid working knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 principles.
• Ability to design for scale, considering edge cases and responsive behavior, with strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional stakeholders.
