Head of Dealing

As the Head of Dealing, you will be instrumental in establishing and growing our dealing on account permission products, ensuring compliance with CySEC regulations while driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and implementation of the overall dealing on account product strategy, roadmap, and business plan. You will also oversee the design and execution of derivative contracts, ensuring compliance with CySEC regulations and MiFID II requirements and regulatory reporting requirements. Maintaining accurate records of all dealing activities is a must, and this role will also allow you to Participate in regulatory audits and examinations, providing necessary documentation and explanations of our dealing activities
