Senior Data Analyst

The Enterprise Data Team collaborates with every department at GitLab to develop trusted data products and responsibly harness the power of our data. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own the end-to-end development process for data products - from business requirements gathering, to dashboard development, to the delivery of actionable insights and recommendations. You will be in a highly cross-functional role with opportunities to partner with GitLab team members, both within the Enterprise Data Team as well as with our functional partners (including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product). This role will specifically focus on the standardization of metrics for enterprise reporting, with expected outcomes of: reduced time to insight (making it faster and easier for internal users to find reporting for critical metrics) and increased internal alignment.
