Drive result-oriented business development initiatives to accelerate CoinEx's growth across APAC / European markets. Identify and execute opportunities to drive CoinEx adoption and boost trading volume through partnerships. Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure high-quality delivery at every stage. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and user needs to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, preferably in Crypto Exchange, Web3, or blockchain based projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with proficiency in English and strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and open to tackling challenges with a positive and innovative mindset.
