Job Description
As Airalo’s Senior Data Analyst, Growth, specialising in retention analytics, you will partner with the lifecycle and CRM teams to analyze customer behavior, design experiments, and improve engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, helping shape campaigns across email, push, SMS, app, and referral.
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to analyzing retention KPIs, partnering with lifecycle marketers to design experiments, building dashboards, segmenting audiences, supporting predictive modeling, and collaborating with product, content, and data science teams to improve customer experience. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in lifecycle/retention marketing analytics, strong proficiency in SQL and Python, experience with lifecycle/CRM platforms, understanding of retention KPIs, and clear communication skills.
