Director, Spectrum & Regulatory Affairs

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence international regulations and standards that align with Shure's strategic goals. Helps define and implement Shure’s spectrum & regulatory strategy. Engage with national regulators like the USA Federal Communications Commission, Brazil Anatel, lawmakers, and industry organizations in Latin America, USA and Canada. Represents Shure in international organizations like the Inter-American Telecommunication Commission (CITEL), International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the Mobile Broadband Standard (3GPP) and European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). Partners with engineering and product management to create regulatory roadmap and productization plans. Works with internal and external counsel on filings, meetings, and discussions to educate and advocate on spectrum policy and rules for current and future technologies Works with the internal public relations team on press releases and statements.
